1. We are a deal finder, not a seller

Seed and clone deals on this site link to independent third-party seed banks and nurseries. Grow Vault Supply does not possess, sell or ship seeds or plant material.

Cannabis seeds contain negligible delta-9 THC (under 0.3% by dry weight). Under the 2018 Farm Bill, and consistent with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's 2022 clarification, cannabis seeds and other genetic material meeting that threshold are classified as hemp and are not a federally controlled substance. Seed sellers offer their products as novelty items, souvenirs and genetic-preservation material.

Germinating seeds and cultivating cannabis plants is a different legal question, and it is regulated by state and local law. Some states allow home cultivation, some allow it only for registered medical patients, and some prohibit it.
